It was with deep sadness that the KFO learned of the passing of Terri Tully. Terri worked for the old Killybegs Fishermen’s Association (KFA), from which the KFO was established. She was secretary to Joey Murrin working alongside Ted Breslin and Olga Cassidy until her retirement. At the time, the KFO was an agent locally for “Irish Nationwide Building Society” and Terri was also in charge of this part of the Organisation.
All who knew her, talked fondly of Terri as a warm and cheerful person and was very much liked by all in KFO and in the wider community of Killybegs down through the years.
The KFO wishes to express our deepest sympathies to her brother in-law John Bach, Jens and Pia, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends as well as by the entire fishing community in Killybegs.
